our enrollment process

Milestone Pediatrics contracts with DDD to provide therapy services. ​The Department of Economic Security (DES) Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) provides services to individuals with developmental delays and disabilities and their families. The services are based on age and specific eligibility based on federal requirements and referral/application processes.

​2. Call one of our convenient locations for a tour! Tell us more about your child's need so we can serve you better! Our staff can help you navigate the process of obtaining the best services for your child and walk you through one of our locations.

​3. DDD eligible? Ask your support coordinator to transfer your therapy authorization to Milestone Pediatrics. Insurance patient? We currently accept BCBS and Triwest insurance. Ask if your provider is credentialed!

​4. Once you decide to begin service, you will complete a New Patient Enrollment Packet. This allows our team to prepare for the initial assessment.
